What is the check-in and check-out schedule?

Check-in from 1:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m.

How much would the late check in service cost?

We serve you 24 hours a day without additional cost. Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m. If your room is ready before the time, you can access it.

What does cost the cancellation of my reservation?

If you have a reservation with STANDARD PRICES you can cancel the reservation for free up to 5 days before the arrival date. You will have to pay the price of the first night if you cancel during the 5 days immediately prior to the date of arrival.
The client will have to pay in advance the first night after making the reservation.

If you cancel, modify or do not show up having a non-refundable reservation, the establishment will charge the first night.
The amount of the first night of the reservation will be charged at any time after making the reservation.

Pets are allowed?

No, we are sorry, in our establishment we do not accept pets.

Does the establishment have parking?

The establishment does not have parking, however there are two very close:

The way in which we fix our prices is dynamically, adjusting to different factors, such as the demand or the advance of the dates. This is a great advantage, since you can save if you plan your trip to Benalmádena with time or travel on dates of low demand.
